Split Shipments – Why Did My Items Arrive Separately?

In some cases, your HEYSHAPE order may be shipped in more than one package. This is completely normal and helps us get your items to you faster.

Here are the most common reasons for split shipments:

  • Multiple warehouses – We ship from the warehouse closest to you that has the item in stock. If your order contains items stocked in different warehouses, they will ship separately.

  • Backordered items – If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, we may ship the available items first so you don’t have to wait for everything to arrive together.

  • Different product types – Bulky items or products with special packaging may need to be shipped separately for safe delivery.

You will always receive a separate tracking number for each package.
